Working closely with workstream leads, this individual will help establish clear ownership, track progress against program milestones, manage governance processes, and provide leadership with transparency into program status, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

    • Maintain an integrated view of milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and key decisions.
    • Ensure clear ownership and accountability for program deliverables across participating teams.
    • Facilitate cross-functional planning and coordination meetings.
    • Partner with workstream leads to understand progress, challenges, and upcoming activities.
  2. Milestone, Risk & Dependency Management:
    • Maintain the master program plan and milestone roadmap.
    • Track progress against agreed-upon deliverables and timelines.
    • Identify, document, and monitor key risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
    • Coordinate resolution of cross-functional issues and escalate concerns when appropriate.
    • Provide leadership with visibility into program health and delivery risks.
  3. Governance & Executive Communications:
    • Support program governance processes, including steering committees, leadership reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
    • Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and status reports.
    • Consolidate updates from workstream leaders into a single program view.
    • Track decisions, action items, and commitments resulting from governance forums.
    • Ensure consistent and effective communication across stakeholder groups.
  4. Stakeholder Management:
    • Build strong working relationships across business, product, technology, data, and change management teams.
    • Facilitate alignment on priorities, timelines, and program objectives.
    • Drive transparency and information sharing across workstreams.
    • Support communication and change readiness activities as needed.

Location: East Hanover, NJ (3 Days onsite and 2 days remote).

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of program management, PMO, project management, business operations, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting complex CRM, customer engagement, technology, or digital transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive alignment across teams.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience supporting CRM migrations or CRM transformation programs.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Veeva, or similar customer engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and product operating models.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or other regulated industries.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Program milestones are clearly defined, tracked, and communicated.
