- As a Business Planning and Analysis (BPA) Manager supporting our U.S. manufacturing sites, you will provide financial and analytical leadership from our Fort Worth, TX location.
Responsibilities:
A typical day in this role includes:
- Supporting FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long range planning to assist management in strategic and operational decision making.
- Performing accounting entries and generating financial reports using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Foresight.
- Developing and maintaining monthly reporting packages, including financial dashboards used to drive strategic decisions.
- Managing CAPEX through the Stratex digital tool for global MTO, R&D, ITCI, and Commercial entities.
- Using financial systems (ASPIRE, APMR, SAP, etc.) to analyze financial results.
- Supporting month end close, including journal entries and allocations.
- Assessing the impact of systems and processes on FP&A activities by applying knowledge of accounting, finance, and business operations.
- Conducting economic research on topics such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial/expense comparisons.
- Participating in special projects as needed.
