We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Zuora Administrator / Developer to join our Animal Health IT team. This role focuses on the day-to-day configuration, development, integration, and support of our global Zuora subscription platform, supporting both B2B and B2C business models.
Our Zuora environment is used globally (with a focus on the US East Coast) and integrates with multiple enterprises and digital systems. We are expanding the platform to support additional species, new subscription and usage-based products, and enhanced digital buying experiences for both internal users (Salesforce) and external customers (web applications).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly in the platform, building and configuring solutions, supporting releases, and partnering closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Who You Are:

You are comfortable working in Agile delivery environments, can manage your own workload, and are able to balance enhancement work with operational support. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and are flexible in supporting global users and rollout initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Perform day to day support and configuration tasks in Zuora following documented instructions.
Assist with maintaining Zuora components such as CPQ, Orders, Billing, Payments, and Revenue.
Manage basic user access requests (roles, permissions) according to established procedures.
Update product catalog items, pricing, and subscription data under guidance.
Run and update standard reports, workflows, and data queries as instructed.
Support testing activities by executing test cases and documenting results.
Assist with releases by reviewing notes, testing changes, and reporting issues.
Provide Tier 2 support by logging, triaging, and escalating platform issues.
Support refund and credit memo processing by checking requests and executing standard actions.
Update trackers and logs to keep records accurate and current.
Collect and attach documentation needed for audits and reviews.
Communicate status updates and issues using standard templates.
Take meeting notes and document action items.
Help keep runbooks and process documentation up to date.
Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience administering and configuring the Zuora Billing platform, with exposure to Zuora Payments & Revenue (RevPro Cloud).
Proven experience supporting subscription-based business models, including recurring, usage-based, or hybrid pricing.
Experience delivering enhancements from requirements through configuration, testing, and production support.
Experience working with integrated enterprise systems, ideally including Salesforce and ERP platforms.
Practical experience producing test documentation, UAT scenarios, and supporting documentation.
Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and tools.
Good financial understanding, including billing, invoicing, and revenue concepts.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
