Controls may include engineering, administrative, and/or behavioral/work practice controls that will also improve performance, productivity, and quality. These are highly visible documents showing correct/incorrect scenarios as well as possible abatements/ controls. Expert is to utilize VelocityEHS Industrial Ergonomic Software for the ERA’s.
Ergonomic Risk Mapping (ERM): Expert is to provide an at-a-glance status regarding where risks lie. This mapping allow the facility, operations, and maintenance teams a visual representation of where risk resides through a birds-eye view. Using either an aerial photo or 2D outline of your building, the color-coded map should show locations of risk.
Physical Demands Analysis (PDA): Expert will provide a PDA. The PDA will provide an objective measure of the peak physical demands of identified job positions while establishing and quantifying the essential functions critical to successful job performance.
Functional Job Description (FJD): The expert is to provide Functional Job Descriptions. FJDs outline the manual material handling aspects, body positions, and movements necessary to perform the physical requirements of the job.
